MAID SERVICES
These are our day to day services! They include a maintaining of your already clean home. Recurring weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly services are all available! We're happy to accomodate whatever schedule will work best for you. These services can include but are not limited to making beds, changing linens, laundry, dishes, or refrigerator organization/clear out. These are all services that can be contained within our normal surface cleaning, floors, and dusting.
TENANT TURNOVER
Are you a landlord that is frequently dealing with tenant turnover? We're here for you! Whether it's a one time turnover or a recurring contract to take care of and schedule each time a tenant vacates your property, we're here for you! Including services such as appliance cleaning (inside and out), wall washing, and replacing batteries and lightbulbs in the unit. We'd love to make the process as easy for you as possible!
INSIDE, OUT, AND BEHIND
A deeper clean for clients just joining us as well as available for a one time appointment! This includes cleaning things inside, outside, and behind! Including but not limited to refrigerators, ovens, and cabinets! We also work deeper into scrubbing and removing built up grime from areas such as sinks, tubs, and showers.
MOVING PREPARATIONS
Are you getting ready to move out of your old space and looking for a deposit back? Moving into a new place and the last residents didn't leave it quite up to your standards? We'd love to help you out! This service includes any appliances left behind as well as washing of walls and ceilings (within the reach of a small ladder). This service is planned for spaces that have not yet been filled with furniture!
ROOM BY ROOM
Not ready to commit to a full house cleaning? Wanting to work with some budgetary concerns? We're happy to work with you! We want to do our best to be able to work within your schedule and budget. We offer a la carte services as well as scheduling a whole house cleaning room by room, split into multiple appointments spaced according to your schedule. Feel free to reach out to us to discuss how we can make it work for you!
RETIREMENT CARE
Are you a citizen that is just not able to get to all the angles and nooks you were used to being clean? Are you a son or a daughter who's wanting to ensure that your parent is taken care of? We specialize in serving our retirement community and offer catered rates to our retired clients. We know income can be tricky, and we'll do our best to make it work for you!
